Meditation Classes
Interested in trying a Meditation Class but unsure which one is right for you?

We offer different styles of teachings with our goals to support both the curious student who wishes to set up a personal practice, as well as for the more experienced student who wishes to continue their journey in learning in a safe, inclusive environment.

All Meditation classes are focused around a topic of discussion and an opportunity to sit and meditate while exploring different meditation styles. Our goal is to support all students in learning the benefits of meditation, while being mindful to use transfer these teachings in to our day-to-day life. This is why we provide support and assistance to students in order to encourage their learning process.

Length of classes are normally 45-60 minutes or can be tailored to the needs of the student(s) or business.

Already have a small intimate group gathering and interested in having a meditation class incorporated into it? Themed gatherings in small intimate groups are always a great way to explore ways to decrease our stress.
You choose the theme, the date, time and place, and who you want to invite.
